Do you ever feel like rewarding yourself with a treat after a long, exhausting day or a special accomplishment? There's nothing wrong with this, but if it becomes too often and with foods that do not best serve us it can contribute to derailing our health goals. Try switching up your prize! A bubble bath, a bouquet of flowers, ten minutes to stretch, listening to a fun song and a dance party in the kitchen are all wonderful rewards! What is your favorite non-food way to treat yourself?
