Day 18

Food itself is not necessarily inherently "good" or "bad". Some foods are simply more nutrient dense than others. Some are for energy, some are for satisfying hunger, some are for pleasure, some are for healing, some are for aiding digestion, some are for cleansing... When we insist on categorizing our foods into only two categories, we feel restriction, shame, and judgement, and those emotions do not lead to positive choices. Finding emotional healing in our relationship with food is an important step on our wellness journey. You have the freedom and power to redefine your success with nutrition today!
