Having a mental arsenal of quick, simple snacks with ingredients that are easy to always keep on hand is a powerful thing! Here are some of my favorite go-to snack options: apples with peanut butter, celery with hummus, carrots and cucumbers with tzatziki sauce, greek yogurt with berries, rice cakes with avocado and everything but the bagel seasoning, rolled up turkey slices with stone ground mustard, tuna salad with crackers, hard boiled eggs sprinkled with paprika and pink salt...
