Bowl Heaven! Breaking the mold of the traditional meat, carb, veggie dinner plate can give you the freedom to find creativity in your meals again! Bowls can be nutritious and SO beautiful! We eat with our eyes first after all! Try this simple bowl formula.


Start with your base: greens, quinoa, diced baked potatoes, chickpeas, beans, rice, etc


Add in your protein: salmon, tofu, hard boiled or fried egg, chicken, shredded pork, etc.


Top it off: Add in your colorful veggies like shredded purple cabbage, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, bell peppers, berries, carrots, celery, etc.


Make it crunchy: Add in nuts, seeds, crushed Siete tortilla chips, roasted chickpeas, etc.


Garnish it: Finish with herbs, a sprinkle of sea salt, a bit of cilantro, and seasoning.
